Scott's Selection ist eine Auswahl der seltesten Whiskys der besten Destillerien Schottlands. Robert Scott, ehemaliger Master Distiller (Brennmeister) der Speyside Destillerie hat mehr als 50 Jahre Erfahrung im Brennen der besten Whiskys. Er hat einige seiner Lieblingswhiskys aus den drei Whisky Regionen, namentlich Highlands, den Lowlands und der Insel Isla für diese Reihe ausgewählt. Robert hat jedes einzelne Fass aus dem riesigen Angebot danach ausgewählt, wirklich erstklassige Whiskys mit einem Optimun an Reife abzufüllen.
Zwei Faktoren machen die Abfüllungen in er Scott's Selection Reihe wirklich einmalig. Erstes werden sie in Fasstärke abgefüllt, sie werden also nicht durch zusätzliches Wasser verdünnt. Dies stellt sicher, dass die einzigartige Qualität der Destillerie erhalten bleibt - sie wird weder verfälscht noch verdünnt. Zweiten werden die |Whiskys in der Reihe Scott's Selection nicht kühlgefiltert. Dieses Verfahren filtert wesentliche Charakteristiken aus dem Whisky. Zusätzlich stellen sehr restrikt behandelte Qualitätsmaßnahmen sicher, dass der Whisky in der Flasche noch die gleiche Qualität aufweisst wie zuvor im Fass. Jedes Mal, wenn eine Flasche Whisky aus der Reihe Scott's Selection geöffnet wird, ist sichergestellt, dass ein wunderbares Beispiel für den besten Whisky zum Genuss bereitsteht.
